You are asked by triage to assess a 76yo man has presented with symptoms suggestive of a TIA with resolution. He is within the treatment window for Code Stroke and thrombolysis.

Instructions for the candidate

Perform a neurological examination of this man to determine if he has any ongoing deficit requiring activation of the Code Stroke team. you will be expected to assess speech and screening neurological examination.
You do not need to take a history.
